At Eco Threads Co., every piece is thoughtfully crafted and handwoven with care. As many of our products are made-to-order, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Order Processing
All orders placed on www.ecothreadscompany.in are shipped from India. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order details, shipping address, and sizing information carefully. Any changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
A separate email containing tracking details will be shared once your order has been packed and dispatched.
Processing & Dispatch Timelines
As our products are handcrafted and often made-to-order, production and dispatch may take longer than mass-produced goods.
Domestic Orders (India):
- Standard dispatch time: 7–14 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.
- Dispatch timeline: 2–4 weeks
During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, dispatch times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
If you require your order urgently, please contact us at hello@ecothreadscompany.in before or immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate urgent requests, expedited processing cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Flat shipping fee: ₹100
- Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000
- Express shipping available from ₹350 onwards
International Shipping
International shipping charges vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
In cases where additional shipping charges apply, customers will be notified via email. Orders will be processed only after any additional charges have been cleared.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible domestic orders and locations.
Important Information
- Multiple orders placed by the same customer within a short period may be combined and shipped together.
- Delivery attempts will be made by the courier partner before the shipment is returned to us.
- If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.
- Eco Threads Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported lost or stolen thereafter.
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other Force Majeure events.
International Orders & Customs
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Once a shipment has left India, Eco Threads Co. cannot retrieve or redirect the package. If customs authorities hold a shipment for inspection or clearance, customers must coordinate directly with the relevant customs office.
We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.
