Returns & Exchange Policy

At Eco Threads Co., each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. We strive to ensure that every order meets our quality standards and reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns

As most of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

However, returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive an incorrect item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@ecothreadscompany.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images of the original packaging

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to product availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Pre-order items
  • International orders
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional events
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

Refunds

Where a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Store credit
  • Full refund, where applicable

International Orders

At this time, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom duties, taxes, and shipping charges associated with international orders are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Once production has started or the order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
